Our Shop Policies
Production time :
- For pre-order items, the shipping time is between 4 to 6 weeks.
- All the other shipments are shipped within 4 to 7 days.

Delivery delay :
- Delivery in letter format is made by Canada Post, so times vary depending on traffic, but should be between 3 to 10 business days.
- Parcel delivery is carried out by our carrier within 3 to 10 working days as well.
- Clothing is sent within 10-14 business days.
Delivery address :
- The customer is responsible for entering the address for sending their order. If the address is inaccurate and the customer has not received their order, a refund of their order is not accepted.
Conditions of use related to digital documents:
You may not use these materials for commercial purposes. They cannot therefore be shared, recreated, copied or offered for sale. It takes a lot of time to design such a document, so it would be appreciated if you could direct people to our store if they want to get it!
We accept returns and refunds in the following cases:
- Return items within 7 days of delivery
- Request a cancellation of your order within 24 hours of purchase
- No cancellations can be made when the item is shipped
- For planners, if the pre-order has been sent to print, it is not possible to issue a refund.
***If this is a PRE-ORDER or a HANDMADE product, there are no refunds possible.***
Return conditions
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs
- If the returned item does not conform to its original condition, the item cannot be refunded
